Refund policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any items that have been opened, used, or tampered with. This policy is in place to protect your safety and maintain the integrity of our product line.

If your item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of your purchase.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be sealed and unused
  • Packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • A valid order number or receipt is required
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@wellnestnj.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of your return request

Please wait for return authorization before sending your item back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original form of payment
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are only issued for unopened and eligible items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to make it right.

To report an issue, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@wellnestnj.com. Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A short description of the issue

Upon review, we’ll offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.
